14.89 to Win Sonoma | Mike Ayers Claims SCBBBC Victory

 

The second leg of the 2017 SCBBBC tournament trail found the tuber's on Lake Sonoma.

With most every angler bringing in limits, it was Mike Ayers with the biggest Limit.

Ayers' five-fish limit was 14.89 pounds and enough to take his first win of the season. He also had big fish of the day weighing 4.03 pounds.

Spinnerbaits in the morning and dropshots in the afternoon was Ayers' winning pattern.

Coming in a close 2nd was Josh Peterson with five for 13.26 pounds.

Third place was Rich Caro of Catchem Caro Baits with 5 for 13.06 pounds.

Fourth place goes to Matt Nyiri with five for 11.67 pounds and in 5th place was Joe Grulich with five for 11.49 pounds.
