FLW OUTDOORS RADIO FINDS NEW HOME AT LIVE 105.3

DALLAS (June 165XX, 2004) - FLW Outdoors announced it is moving its radio program, "FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart," to KLLI- FM. Beginning July 4, Emmy Award-winning host Keith Lebowitz and co-host Tony Casillas, a former Dallas Cowboy and two-time Super Bowl champion, will be heard Sundays from 10-11 a.m. on KLLI 105.3 FM Talk, the No. 1 radio station among males age 25 to 54 in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area of Texas.

Live 105.3 is an alternative talk-radio station with a demographic that parallels that of FLW Outdoors' primary market. This correlation was a key factor in the decision to move "FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart" to Live 105.3, considering 72 percent of all anglers are less than 45 years old.

The show will continue with its format centered around the interests of the whole spectrum of outdoor enthusiasts. Lebowitz and Casillas interview a variety of celebrities and pro athletes to discuss all facets of outdoor activities - like Dallas Cowboys starting quarterback Quincy Carterlegendary football coach Lou Holtz and his love of fishing.

The show also offers coverage of FLW Outdoors fishing tournaments, interviews with respected pro anglers and an ask-the-pro segment, during which listeners can call in and have their questions answered by fishing experts. "FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart" will have a minimum of 40 live-remote broadcasts from Texas-area Wal-Mart stores, where customers are welcome to watch the interviews with distinguished guests as they discuss a variety of sports- and outdoor-related issues. Lebowitz and Casillas will also be on hand after each broadcast for autographs and photo opportunities.

"Our goal for 'FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart' is to allow the pro athleteour guests the opportunity to talk not only about their respective sports, but their other passions including hunting, fishing, the outdoors, conservation and spending time with family," said co-host Lebowitz. "We want listeners to learn about what their favorite athletes and entertainers do when they are away from the field or the stage."

"FLW Outdoors Presented by Wal-Mart" broadcasts throughout Texas and parts of Oklahoma. The show will air every Sunday from 10-11 a.m. Central time and be rebroadcast every Monday from 12midnight-1 a.m. on 105.3 FM in Dallas.
