California’s Proposition 65 labeling requirements pose a significant threat to our industry and your business, regardless if you intend to sell product in California or not. California is changing its product warning requirements effective August 30, 2018. You must be prepared to accommodate the packaging and labeling requirements by August 31, 2018 in order to be in compliance.
