1992 Mercury Xri 200HP blown motor (complete)

For sale is a blown motor that comes with all parts and a few extra boxes of parts also. Lower unit is operational. Was originally an EFI that had been converted to carbuerated back in 2004. Lost one piston due to a high rev after hitting boat wake. Have an extra lower unit that has new seal and impeller and extra cowling.

Does the engine turn over (No holes in block from thrown rod?) What is the serial # on the engine block ?
Would you take $800 cash?

After removing the failed piston I was able to turn engine by hand. Does not look to have any holes. The sleeve is worn through and you can see where crank arm was making contact in cylinder. Yes I'll take $800. The extra lower unit is perfect and freshly painted. Let me know. My # is on the post.
