2005 Mercury 225 Optimax with blown powerhead for sale-REDUCED PRICE

My motor had about 300 hours on it and the powerhead blew. I was the second owner. It's a 2005 225 Optimax.

The top of the ECM mount broke but it works fine. The starter got damaged when the rod went through the block. All the other parts, including the lower unit, are good.

I live in Olympia, WA. My mechanic will crate/package the motor for $250. I will sell the motor for $1,500. That doesn't include shipping.
