Guys, just bought a 2018 Nitro Z19. Have broken it in, have 6 hours on a new Merc 200 Pro XS. Want to know how many prop plugs to put on prop. Not really sure what they do. I have a pack of them, but none on prop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone has a Z19 set up and can offer any advice, would really help as well, PNP, etc...
Thanks, tight lines!!!!

Re: 2018 Z19 help
The plugs are used to adjust your hole shot. If you are getting on plane smoothly without plowing out, you won't need them. If you are blowing out, then start with the medium plugs and try it, if that doesn't cure it go to the smaller plugs. If it still doesn't put in the solid plugs.

Re: 2018 Z19 help
just getting her broke in. Hole shot actually seems pretty quick, maybe quarter throttle. Will see what happens in the next 5-6 hours of run time. Thank you very much for the info. G

Re: 2018 Z19 help
Don't be afraid to experiment. I ended up drilling all of my plugs with a 1/2 inch bit for best results.
