400te problems

I have a 400te that I have taken it apart, cleaned it, oiled it and replaced the drags. But everything works fine but my free spool.

What could the problem be? How to fix?

Still having issues with it. Clutch is working fine. Nobody knows what's wrong. Help.

You can bring it by the Fred Hall show and sit with our technicians. The other option is to send the reel in for repair.
