That's right-go Bolts! Then again, if the chargers lose, it will be easier to fire Norv, something that really needs to be done! The chargers should easily beat the Rocky Mountain Raiders! John Madden is doing the game too-with the exception of the Holly Roller, he has always been good luck for the Chargers!

As a die hard charger fan, I will be the first to say Weddle is HORRIBLE in pass coverage. All he can do is tackle. Chargers have beat Indy 3 of the last 4 games, the the one they lost was because Vinit. hit a 50 yard field goal to keep it from going to OT. Chargers beat indy last year in playoffs with more injuries than they have now..... It will be a tough close game no matter what, it always is, hopefully LT and Gates are good to go, and Little Man Sproles can have another great game. Its going to be a fun one to watch for sure.......GO CHARGERS

Yep we have our work cut out against the Colts but we will be ready!

Garrett, Eric Weddle is not HORRIBLE on pass coverage. The entire defense was but with new D coordinator Ron Rivera it has changed dramaticly that is why we are winning. Hopefully we will roll that over into Saturday when we meet the Colts at 5:00pm. Last Sunday was a blast!

Eric Weddle came out after the game and hung out and told us quarterback Jay Cutler was whinning like a little bitch. He kept critisizing and crying to his receivers and linemen right in front of the Chargers defense. Denver also fired head coach Mike Shanahan today.

I agree looks like you guys have a blast 8 games a year. Well 9 this year! Congrats! 08 is shaping up to be one historic year!

Ask Weddle if Jay Cutler sounded like LT the first 8 games? The defence should of heard him crying he kept running out of bounds. But the last 3 games he has looked like Sproles on steriods, speaking of, how is Meriman doing?

I never said anything about him not being a great guy, or not liking him. I like the guy, thats not the issue. He was the one who gave up the 60+ yard play a week or two ago when he missed his guy in the zone coverage, he bit to double cover another guy and left his guy wide open..... He for sure is one of the BEST tacklers on the team, but when he has to drop back into pass coverage, he is no where to be found? But then again so was the rest of the Secondary, though they are coming around. I agree the D is better under Rivera, but no where close to what it was under Phillips. I hope in time, they can become that, and it looks like Rivera is the guy who can get them there. We dont have the days of a Harrison back there anymore, maybe I'm use to those? Maybe it is the coaching? I hate anytime when the Chargers get a lead they go back into a Zone coverage and give up the 5-7 yard passes all day long, though Rivera doesnt do it like Ted did all day long.

Like I said, I am a DIE HARD (I even dyed my hair blue in 94 when they went to the super bowl) charger fan, have been my whole life, usually go to a few games a year, and never miss any on TV, but thats just my opinion. We match up well against the Colts, but we have to stop the pass. Hopefully we can beat the Colts because Pits and Tenn cant put up any points on offense, just rely on their D.

The chargers have I think the best offense in the league, more weapons than you can ask for. The D is there too, missing Merriman is obvious as we cant get as much pressure on the QB, which is why the Secondary has got picked apart, but I dont blame that on the D, more so the Coaching. Just like Norv's play calling is still killing me. Finally the last few weeks it has been much better, and FINALLY some creativity like we had when Cam was in town. But there were games that we could have won had Norv learned to manage a clock better.

Anyways, my whole point to all this is the players are there, its a matter of the coaches coming around, and the last 4 weeks it looks like it finally is starting too...... Again, I have nothing against Weddle, he is a savior with his tackling, maybe once Merriman is back QBs wont be able to pick apart the secondary anymore.

Speaking of, lets hope AJ wakes up and signs Sproles and Merriman.......

Unfortunately I was only at one game this year, but it was the Raider game, the start of the rally!

I'm saying the Chargers pull it off, must force turn overs and we should be good to go! GO BOLTS!
