Birmingham, AL - FLW Tour Co-Angler Bub Tosh from Waterford, CA has claimed the Top Prize at the 2004 FLW Tour Champioinship with a final day weight of 13 lbs., 1oz. Tosh finished just under 4 lbs. ahead of second place finisher Larry Caldwell, whos final day weight was 9 lbs. 4 oz. In third was Ralph Mulleins, with a fnal day weight of 7 lbs. 15 oz.
