I have two hds units that show my previous location on the chart everytime I boot up. What I mean by that is if I fished Folsom last saturday and am going to camanche this saturday, the map will show that I am still at folsom when I turn on my unit at camanche. I then have to scroll to my current location. How do I change this?
Also, when in chart mode when the cursor showing my current location leaves the screen (when I'm motoring) the screen does not scroll (keeping the cursor in the middle of the screen). So I have to scroll up to see where Im at.
Could someone please tell me how to fix this. It is extremely frusterating.
Thanks

Re: Chart not showing current location
Sounds like the cursor is activated at your previous location. To switch between cursor mode and your current location (vessel icon on map) press the exit key once. If you press if again it will take you back to the last place your cursor was brought up. You are seeing this because you may be manually moving the cursor to “follow” your vessel, if you presses the exit key the map will automatically scroll with you as you move around the lake.
