Please believe that overcast skies weather will not stop Berryessa's monster bass from doing what they do at this time of the year when weather conditions go from sunny, to cloudy, to wet.
The pictures below, taken from an opening season event at Berryessa - on virtually the same weekend, bear witness to the fact that overcast skies and a bit of wet weather, do nothing to stop BIG BASS from coming on big time in late March.
And those in the know will concur that a little weather moving thru - in the early spring on Berryessa, can be just the "trigger point" to coax big fish into roaming the shallows, and be more easily persuaded to take bait offerings.
So you know what you have to do...
Keep your game plans tight and focused, and most of all don't concern yourself with a little weather, as it just might be the ticket in helping you do well in this weekend's season opener on Lake Berryessa.
