CU200DHSV 7:1 worm gear problems?

I have 2, 7:1 CU200DHSV
They both are making a clicking noise from the line guide worm gears. I have used hotsause grease but that only helps for one outting. Has anybody else had a problem with this? Are these worm gears defective?

We had a small batch of reels fittied with some non conforming parts. Please send the reels to us for the free level wind upgrade.
