Took my broken Cumara Spinning in for exchange and was told they have to send in for exchange because the new models are a different color 6-8 weeks turn around.So are the still making the Black ones? If not won't they all be a different color any way someday?..just sayin
I have Cumara Casting also will it be the same for them also?

You will receive the new Cumara A model as a replacement. They are on backorder and will ship as soon as they are back in stock.

So my understanding is : the Dealer has the option of over the counter exchange or mail exchange even if they have the rods in stock?
