Went out today for the first time in a couple of months today. heard the "run" is over but still went out with high hopes. launched out of russos at 7 and headed out west towards sherman and fished the vertical soughs off of the san joaquin. threw lunker punkers both rattled and wood for nadda then moved more west on the SJ working various points between with big hammer swimbaits. Nothing was working so moved to broad slough working the southern point and the entrance into sherman with rip baits and swimbaits for nothing. switched over to largemouth at 11 and flipped taylor slough for a good 2 hours for nothing. still had a great day!

i was working my baits in the 18-20 foot range. how deep are you finding them?
