Down Imaging not working now

Down Imaging not working now

Just recently my down imagining is having trouble. It will start to scroll fine then you see the whole screen get cluttered with the bottom view. Almost like it zoom in so far to the bottom nothing can be seen. Then goes away and comes back. What is causing this?

Try Restoring Defaults. If that doesn't help call HB Customer Service 800-633-1468
