These were discussed in detail at the Lowrance product meeting at Gone Fishin last week.

Here are some features of the new Elite Ti 7-inch and 5-inch Touch Imaging.

TotalScan,all-in-one Skimmer transducer providing CHIRP, Broadband Sonar, StructureScan HD and DownScan Imaging also features Bluetooth and wireless connectivity. Not many graphs at this price point include chirp sonar technology.

7-649 retail
5-449 retail

Awesome. Thanks guys, sounds like they WILL waypoint share with HDS units? Great less expensive option for front deck or just adding options!

Elite TI does not have Ethernet so no sharing of maps, transducers, sharing waypoints through nema is not the same as Ethernet. Too many people see the price of the Elite TI thinking its just like the HDS if that was really true why would Lowrance even have an HDS or worst how would they sell them if the was no value added over the Elite TI. The Elite is a great unit for the Price as a mid range stand along unit.
