Evinrude launches 10 YEAR WARRANTY

Post by Gary Dobyns »

Not a typo. Starting on Dec. 12th thru March 31st for this years Boat Show Special get 10 YEAR WARRANTY. Pretty wild having warranty for 10 years. Heck, if you buy a new one you can run it for 5 years and then sell. The resale value will be huge still.

This is for re-power as well as boat/engine buy!!

Plus WWBT gives out $10,000 at all Pro-Am events and $1000 at all Team events. This is not just to the winner either!!!

Pretty unbelievable deal!!!

Mark I'm sure there are but I mainly work with Ranger dealers. C&C Marine in Modesto is for sure. Also a little farther away is Gone Fishin Marine and they stock and seller Evinrudes. Yell if I can help. I can certainly find out info.

Some really good technology out there. Hope Mercury and Yamaha take notice. I would consider a E2 motor on my next bote but qualified certified mechanics are few and far between.

A nice 200 would sure go nice on my 97 Viper. Too bad the EFI is still running great.
That's a real tempting deal!

Gary,
Is Evinrude paying out $10K at every one of your Pro/Am's?

So if I have this right, if you have a qualifying Rude and you finish first you get $10K. If an Evinrude guy doesn't win then the top 3 highest placing contingency qualified Pro's split the $10K. $5K, $3K , and $2K each.

Do you know approximately how many guys on average ran a qualifying Evinrude in your Pro/Am's last year?

Yes this was how the Evinrude contingency was paid out at the pro ams last year. You had to be present at the awards to win.

I don't know the exact numbers without doing research but we are selling a lot of ETEC's right now.
