I want to thank Lowrance for the impressive turn around. I was having issues with my chart. I dropped my Lowrance Gen3-12 off at a UPS packaging store on Thursday, the 26th of October, received confirmation that it got in processing on Monday the 30th, and their Techs got it Tuesday morning, and I just received another one by Fed-Ex. WOW! That’s amazing!
