If you watched BASS Live last weekend during the AOY Tournament you know it was an emotional roller coaster for everyone it seems but the eventual winner Brandon Palaniuk. He remained calm with only one fish in the boat at 10:30 and a last minute decision to fish one more rock on day 2 netted him a 6 pound smallmouth on his final drop and proved to be the fish that wrapped up his first Toyota Tundra Angler of the Year title. We caught up with Brandon this week and we are proud to bring you this years champion Brandon Palaniuk on this week's show.
The River2Sea Tournament was a big success at Clear Lake last weekend and the winners circle saw a familiar face to Ultimate Bass and that was Chuck Kavros from Top This and his partner Bret Leber. Chuck joins us live this week to tell us how they did it. We also have a special message from our old friend Dee Thomas who was touched by the special award he received at the event.
The FLW Costa Series is coming to Clear Lake next week and they are in need of boaters for this event. Ron Lappin joins us live to tell us how sign ups are going and what you can do to get into this event. Fall weather should have the bite heating up at Clear Lake.
Still a last chance bracket spot up for grabs for the Bassmaster Classic and a few of our UB favorites are in the heat of the battle. We will have the results and see who is headed grabs the last spot.
