Gotta love an extended family

As most of you know, I have been in Florida, taking care of my dad who suffered a stroke in February. We both have been itching to get back on the water but I did not want to take him out in his boat without an Auto inflatable life vest. I have been waiting until my finances have been available to buy one. Well, I get a call today from one of my good friends that his dad bought the vest and it is on it's way. When I told him to let me know the cost and I would give it to him, I was told not no but HE$$ no. He said that's what family does for family. That is my personal belief but I was still blown away by this. I just wanted to share a bright spot in an otherwise dark situation.

Here's to getting to fish the Delta hopefully before Christmas!!
