anyone been to Ladds lately...just wondering how the hyacinth situation is. Was there a month ago and you couldn't even launch there..

I personally haven't been to Ladd's, But I've seen the back of Whiskey, Mildred, Lil Franks, Franks and it's much worse now than 2 weeks ago. It's everywhere, yesterday day morning, it all piled up inside the Russo's launch, by the time we pulled out later in the day, it was gone. It's breaking up and moving around with the big tides, but in many areas, it is getting pushed into back waters and glogging areas we all normally fish.

Those are actually the public ramps at Buckley Cove Marina (City of Stockton's municipal marina)--Ladd's is the private marina/vessel repair business next door.
