looking for guide 11/28 delta

Just in town for thanksgiving and hoping to go fish for stripers on the delta. Any info or advice wood be cool thanks ahead.

If you're looking for a striper guide, try Bobby Barrack or Cooch ... for blacks, look at Steve Sapp or the two mentioned before.
