Lowrance/navionics question
I have two lowrance hds gen 2 touch's. One on the bow and one on the console. Both units are linked to a structure scan box via ethernet. I recently updated to a navionics platinum chip and can't get my front graph to read the new chip. So I guess my question would be do I need to run another Ethernet cable directly to both units and bypass the structure scan box or should it be working the way it is now and I have a different problem. I've made all the necessary changes in settings and still no luck. Thanks in advance.

Re: Lowrance/navionics question
Go to the Lowrance web site and check the last update available and make sure it matches the software version in your units. If the Application number is smaller in your units when compared to the number of the software version on the Lowrance web site, then download the latest update on the web site to your desktop on your computer, unzip all the files. Then move all the unzipped files onto an SD card and place the card with the updates in each unit while it is off. Then power up the unit and the update will happen automatically. Just follow the prompts on the screen of the unit.

Re: Lowrance/navionics question
You do not need another Ethernet cable but make sure the Structure module is ON.
