We held the NBW Southwest Region Castaic tournament yesterday and the bite was tough! Of the 23 teams who competed, 16 failed to weigh a fish. Well the results of the NBW tourney makes me feel a little better that the guys in the know couldn't catch them either. I fished for a full day and a half for one bass last wed and thur. I've been fishing Castaic for many, many years and never seen it this tough. I've been skunked before but never as consistently as the last few months.
