I was out testing the NEW Humminbird 6.740 Software and captured some neat Plankton Activity as they began to appear from the Creek Channels and start dispersing in the shallower waters. You can often see then near sunset and through the evening until sunrise. Plankton on fertile lakes can actually get so think that it can effect the image details as the sonar bounces off the plankton versus travelling further and off the structure. The Haze is the Plankton if you look in the creek channels it's easy to see on the Humminbird.
