Use green pumpkin, watermelon and MMIII colored worms and plastics. Utilize the drop shot and shakey head presentations around tules, rocks and docks all over the lake.

Have fun :)

Thanks for the info.

Sounds like the only thing I have to worry about is the rain. Forecast says rain Thursday thru Sunday. I'v done a lot of bass fishing but never was really into throwing the swim baits, how are they fishing them......slow, fast, deep shallow?

Thanks

Zach typically the fall bite is very, very good, it can be some of the best weather of the year as well. It all depends on what mother nature has in store this fall.

The fall is an excellent time for lipless crankbaits. At this time of the year the fish tend to gorge themselves silly, fattening up for the winter.

If I were you I'd check out some of the past reports for Clear Lake from the fall time period here on this site. It will all hinge on what the water temperature is when you're here, if it stays high enough expect a good reaction bite....
