I have a 91 johnson fs on my Javelin. Took it out the other day and ran fine. When the engine ran at max speed, it started to slow down. The rpm was jumping up and down then it stopped. I tried reving it up at full throttle but it only ran at 5 mph. After running it at 5 mph for about 15 minutes it finally picked up again and ran only at 40 mph. Looks like there wasn't much fuel going in for some reason. The rpm gauge went dead when it was running at 40. Any ideas will help. The engine did kinda jurked a little before it ran again. I hope it's not a big issue to fix.
