Bass Pro Shops has bunks in their catalogue.
I rebuilt mine a couple of years ago also, the bunks on my hydro hoist.
home Depo for the wood & carpet. get treated 2x4's correct length if you can. If not cut them & spray water proofing on the cut ends. Out door carpet will work finie, but they also have carpet carpet that is submersable. Then use gavalnized rtacks / nails that are used for roofing shingles. Also used submersable wood glue.
about $ 60.00 total.
When you apply the carpet to the glue roll it out good, that way the glue gets into the carpet fibers.

I had my trex deck replaced under warranty 4 months ago due to it rotting. Company said I originally had a bad batch.

Permission from the harbor to use their 110v

Four to Six 50' lengths of power chord to nearest 110v source. (or drive trailor home and perfome in driveway/street)
Cat's Eye, Hammer and or Sledge to remove wood around old bolt head if counter sunk from top.
Hack Saw to cut off old bolt if they are Thru Bolts and rusted up. ... Lag Screws wont take the beating of a Sledge from the underside.
Skill saw to cut up/off old boards -- and toss in bed of truck.

New Lag Screws and Pressure treated wood cut to length and installed on a pilot hole by drill while installing washer/lockwasher underneth clip/bracket.

Cover/Cut/Fold old carpeting... Outdoor material ... Tack for fit -- the secure with Galvanized Tacks.

Take boat out fishing ..... reload on to newly rebunked trailor.

It is that easy.
