Adios California

Post by GW »

Well we finally got our ticket out of California punched this week. I have closed a deal in Kansas City MO which will base me in this area while covering approx 36 states for alarm contractor licenses and overseeing sub contractors.
So with that said, goodbye California, the state I was born and raised in..........and good luck, you'll need it.
I would like to take a minute and thank Mark Mendez for bringing me aboard at A/C, even if it was only for a short run. I hope to continue something with A/C out here in the midwest. I would also like to thank Obama for not changing a thing and allowing me to get laid off a few months ago so I could look for another job, thanks *******!
Thanks to all the guys (and gals) who have come out over the years and supported my events, good luck to all of you. If you are ever in the Table Rock, Smithville, Lake of the Ozarks area look me up.

A few things I may miss: In and Out Burger, Jack in the Box (Jacks tacos Rock) , Clear Lake and the Delta

A few things I will not miss: the screwed up school system, the Gov-a-nator, high gas prices, outrageous vehicle registration fees and quagga gate. Oh yea the 55mph speed limit, I have seen nothing under 65 here so far.

Again,

Thanks all, for your support over all the years and best of luck to you.

I won't be far behind if some nice farmer comes up with enough to buy my Almond Ranch. But you can bet it won't be Kansas, Dorothy! Can you say USVI?

Good luck Gary.

Good luck in Missouri, as soon as you get there don’t tell anyone you’re from California! Just tell them you're from Arizona or Nevada because they will pick you out as a Western. One last thing the Woman in Missouri are ugly, hope you are taking your own! Have a safe trip and let us know how the fishing is at Lake Jacomo and Longview Lake.

It has been fun working with you over the past few years. I wish you all the best for you and your family.

P.S. It will be a long trip for Cinco De Cabo.

+2 !! I was planning having you do mine before the Spring -- and running some cables.

Do you have a personal recomendation of who can do what you did so well ?
You know, we always called each other goodfellas. Like, you'd say to somebody: "You're gonna like this guy; he's all right. He's a goodfella. He's one of us." You understand? We were goodfellas, wiseguys.

I believe Don Seifort (old Lowrance rep) moved to Kansas city, MO.
If you know Don, he can help you.
