looking for a 200HP or 225HP Mercury

I have a friend who is looking for a 200-225 Mercury. He only has $3k from his insurance settlement to spend. If anyone has or knows anyone can you please give me a call.

Call Mark at Gone Fishin Marine 707-678-1600 he has a good used 200 Optimax
A little more money I think around $5000.00
