Curado 301 vs. 201 brake weights

I have a Curado 201 that is showing a bit of wear and brittleness at the edge of three of the brake weights. I have spare new weights that came with a newly purchased Curado 301. Are the weights interchangeable (can I put the 301 weights on the 201)? Also, is there any difference in the different color weights other than the color?

Is the 201 an E model? If so then yes they will interchange.
