I am glad that you got her done. It has been a long time coming. I am sure your wife will be glad to have your garage cleaned up again...and your neglecked 223 reloads are awaiting their powder and primer.
Steve, you truly are an artist.

Awesome job.

I have a project boat...1997 Champion 191DC Elite. Tandem Trailer. Mercury 200 EFI. I purchased the boat as a salvage in Michigan. I trailered it out here.

It had an electrical fire under the back deck. The boat was abandoned on the water and went up onto some rocks. IThe hull damage is minimal. It needs new controls, steering and throttle, a fuel tank, livewells, and storage compartments. I will replace bulkhead behind the seat.

You have truly motivated me to push ahead with my project. Did I miss your "before" photos?

Any suggestions?

It really just depends how far you want to go. I tore everything out of the boat knowing that I would replace everything. Heres some before pics.

WOW! TRULEY AWSOME BITE ME!!!!!! Yall did an Amazing Job! Nothing like starting from nothing and seeing the finished product. It seems I fix a boat up every year its a addiction for me , I really enjoy the projects. Picked up a Ranger 335V and just about done re-doing it, I gotta few little things left to do then Ill post pics.

I am a R/C car guy as well and alot of guys go with the TRUE FIRE paint jobs and I have seen a ton on rc cars but to see it on a bass boat WOW! Def looks FAST!

Awsome job dude! AND The greatest thing about redoing a bass boat is the money spent is sill way below what a shiny new rig cost, the boat is custom how you want it, and THE BEST THING is YOU OWN IT OUT RIGHT, THE BANK DONT! :)

Would like you to send me a PM on the lighting like what it is, where you got it , and how you wired it.I would love to add that to my Ranger

They are good but they are $$$$. These LED's will be just fine.
You can buy UV leds in a strip just like the ones I posted.

Very nice, by the "House of Kolor" poster I assume you painted the "True fire" yourself? I have always wondered about repainting a boat.. What kind of clear did you use? Very nice boat you did a great job!!

GREAT JOB !!!!!! Did you really do all that work in the garage??????? My wife would freak out!! I think the icing on the cake is the lights. That is not a boat you would go out and beat up on the delta, it should almost be in a car show or something. Winner all the way.

I didn't get to see it in the water. I was idling out when you guys pulled up to the ramp. I had a good day, caught a 5-11 on my second cast. I was fishing solo in the white/purple Ranger. How did you guys do?

Man thats awesome! We caught a bunch of dinks. Couldnt get a big bite. Hmmm I didnt see ya. Im still trying to make sure everything is ok with the boat. I figure the first couple trips will be trouble shooting. No problems today but ya never know. Any pics with the fish? I wish you would have come up to us. I had my nice camera with us.
