Top Stick at Piru May 7th.

The Top Stick is returning to Lake Piru on May 7th. This should be a much different tournament than in Feb. When it snowed on the 20 plus boats that came out. We should have great weather as well as great fishing. May is a great month to fish lake Piru. The fish are done spawning and the shad are spawning. The lake is full as well. Plenty of cover to flip as well as all those great ledges Piru has to offer. I will be posting more information on the entry times as well as meeting times this week. I am working with the Lake staff as I write this to be able to get in the parking lot early and do sign ups and boat inspections inside.
Lake Piru does have quagga inspections so if you are practicing this week please get your boat cabled to make the boat inspections that much quicker.

Tom the meeting will be at 5:15 in the morining. Be there at 5 and you will be fine.
