MG 50 bearing retainer

Post by mark poulson »

I lost the retainer clip for the bearing under the spool tension cap.
I know, I know, dummy!!!
I've taken them off reels dozens of times, and this is the first time it's happened.
Are they still available, and where can I find them?
Thanks in advance.
P.S. I put a drop of Hot Sauce oil on each of the three spool bearings on all of my MG 50 reels. I have never done that in all the years I've been using them. Wow, I have to really pay attention when I cast now.
