USAC West Delta Results 6/19

Getting down to the end of the season and 21 teams showed for this next to last event. Claiming victory for this day was the team of Marc Young and Kenny Graham. Under some brutal wind today the duo managed to flip their way to a 20.32 pound sack of fish and 2nd big fish of the day taking home some nice cash for the tournament. Paul Fontiane and Charley Almassey continue on their check cashing ways and managed to just slide into the bridesmaid position by weighing in 20.29 pounds. Third place was Pat and Joel Leiser in their brand new Poseidon Alarms wrapped Legend that they won at last year’s Team TOC, weighing in 20.13. Big fish of the tournament was weighed in by the team of Ken Mah and Jason Austin as that fish was a healthy 7.43 pounder good enough for $620.

Thanks for your support today guys; the last tournament of the season will be 16 July out of Russo's Marina. Currently holding down the Team AOY are Harvey Pulliam and Phillip Dutra with a very comfortable 38 point lead heading into the final tournament.

Congrats to Marc and Kenny on a great win. The conditions were not the best with the wind but these two came in with an awesome 6 hour weight. These two guys gave up some of thier own fishing time to bring us into the scales when my boat broke down a few months back. They truely deserve this win.
