About Federation tournaments

The Fed is a draw format tournament Not a team format. It is individual weight. Each angler catches there own fish. Livewells must have room for 2 limits of fish. A draw format is as follows. I will announce who each person fishes with the moring of the tournament at the a.m. meeting. There is a boater and non boater. You all pay the same entry fee but DO NOT SHARE YOUR WEIGHT. Each angler must catch there own fish.

I posted this as a reminder for some and also to let possible new people to the Fed know how the format works.

For those who have never fished a federation event come and fish these events in Region 7. Ray runs a great region. The Federation is a great way to get a shot at fishing with and against some of the best local anglers on So Cal lakes. Catch up with old acquaintances and make new friends. It has very reasonable entry fees and a chance to go to the State Classic and maybe even go all the way to the FLW. Live the dream on a working mans budget. Give it some thought if youv'e never fished a TBF event, try it. I will be fishing don't know about the whole season because Ray wont post the FRICKEN schedule........nah nah just kiddding RayL.
