Nope sorry JB, I will be at cachuma. On a HOT bite so we are fishing an AC tourney tomorrow. Wish they wouldve been different days.

the bite changed alittle so took a bit to figure out what they were doing. The wind was brutal and think that scared some baots away. We shouldve won it but we dropped a 2 1/2lb largie that cost us the win. We only lost to Jason by less than a pound. We might go back up this weekend so we can redeem ourselves.

the wind started early at Piru but by mid day the lake went to glass.

Yea by launch we had 15-20mph winds but no white caps YET. then by 10:30/11 we had 3 ft rollers coming down from the dam and the whole lake was white capped. Sure glad I had the 101 Fortex! Man with out that strength I would not be able to control the baot at all! Another thing that really made it tough was lake droped about 2ft during the week. It really didnt hit me right away but then I noticed a spot I was fishing was different. So that might have made the fish weird too. Well hopefully I can get on them this wekend!
