Are you in rough water and the stern in coming up out of the water?

Nope water is smooth. If it was rough water and the boat was bouncing up and down you would see that in the water column of the image being jagged.

Your bow line is trailing along side the xducer?
A weed has attacked your xducer?
Moby carp is pacing your boat?
You hit a piece of junk in the Delta and shaved off 1/2 of your xducer?
The xducer is mounted 90 degrees off?
The 12 lb bass you're bringing to the boat is trying to eat your xducer?

Display is set up that way?
Bad connection to xducer?
Bad xducer cable?

Did I win?

Ok are you ready for the answer?

This was Pontoon Boat idling next to me. The farthest line is the motor and the really bright white line is the prop returning a very strong return as it rotated until it passed me (No wake zone). THe left side is the left pontoon turbulence trail. THe right side cannot be seen because the left pontoon blocked the ability for the sound wave to travel that far.

Hey it was a tough one I admit but I also thought it was really neat how well the Humminbird SI captured the left pontoon and motor and proves that SI covers to the surface of the water out to the sides. I was scanning 100' so this boat was approximately 50' to the side of me.
