The city of Oakland has designate a 2 mile area where 53 people are not allowed to be in the company of each other, and they are not allowed to possess firearms.
What happened to the: Right to assemble, and the Right to bear arms?
How can Oakland do that?
Yes, the 53 people in question have been 'identified' as members of the Norteno gang, but what does that have to do with it? If they are American citizens then they should have the same rights as everyone else. Right?
