The Gun Laws in Colorado!

I was checking out the Gun Laws here in Colorado.

1. You don’t need a State Permit to Purchase Rifle, Shotgun, or a Hand Gun
2. The background check is done the day of purchase.
3. A license is not required to own a gun
4. The State of Colorado prohibits gun registration.
5. Colorado law allows a person to carry a firearm in a vehicle, loaded or unloaded.
6. Colorado is an Open Carry State.
7. Colorado is "Make My Day" and Castle Doctrine State - A legal resident of a property has the right to use deadly force to defend himself, other occupants, and property from intruders, whether they are armed or not. A person may defend himself or others with deadly force if necessary.
8. A permit to carry a concealed weapon may be obtained through the Sheriff of the county in which you live
