Talon Install ??
I live in Sonoma and bought a Talon looking for a place that installs and can order mounting bracket in Santa Rosa or Clearlake??
Re: Talon Install ??
It's up to you but the Talons are pretty easy to install and definitely able to DIY. I did both of mine with all the accessories. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have a 95 Ranger with a 125 with no jack plate, looks like the motor needs to be pulled?
Re: Talon Install ??
Think your options are sandwiching in between the the motor and the boat or drilling holes and attach them straight to the boat.
