I have had a snapping noise coming from my transducer. I called Lowrance and they sent me a new transducer. Thing is, it still makes the snapping noise. Checked for any kinks in the wiring, and to see if there was a crack in the new transducer. Every thing was fine. My question is this. Is this a normal noise?

It is normal for a clicking sound to come from a transducer. When the crystal inside the transducer sends out it's ping, you will hear that click.
