Spring Break with the Big Girls - 5 NorCal Lakes in 10 Days

Had some vacation to use up and some off time in the tourney schedule so I hit 5 different Nor Cal lakes in 10 days with my wife and a couple of buddies. Great times. We are so fortunate to have the fisheries we have all around us ... Trinity, Shasta, Folsom, Berryessa and Clear Lake.

Here are some of my favorite shots.

Not only do we have some of the best weather and spotted bass fishing in Nor Cal (Bullards, Folsom, Shasta, etc.) but our smallie fisheries are highly underrated as well. Pretty hard to beat Trinity, Almanor or Pardee. Here was an article I wrote on Western Bass a few years ago on Trinity. A bit of a drive for most of us, but a phenomenal place.
