Is West Coast Offshore Unlimited in Fremont a good place to take a bass boat?

Been sometime since I've posted here in WesternBass. Would appreciated some input on: Is West Coast Offshore Unlimited in Fremont a good place to take a bass boat? I typically use Boatmasters but this place is much closer to me. Thank you. Godspeed. ><>
