I try to fish as many tourneys as possible and I do fish the BBT motherlode but the snag proof open is by far the most exciting tourney of all year. We camp and make a full weekend out of it. If your wanting to fish a fun tourney you gotta fish this one. Also it's nice to prepare for this tourney cause you can throw frog only so no looking at your gear and think should I punch, throw a swim bait, drop shot? This ones simple, which color of frog and if you have enough rods just put a frog on every rod and your done.

This is the longest running ORIGINAL frog tourney, and now that the right people are running the event it is exactly what it should be, super fun and great payouts at 100%, I can not believe people would fish any other open events that are nothing less than 100% paybacks! If you are on the fence do yourself a favor, come out and fish the Snag Proof Open! You will not be disappointed! See you all there.
