1999 Mercury 175 HP - Oil Injected Outboard Motor - For Parts or Rebuild

1999 Mercury 175 HP - Oil Injected - This is a standard rotating, standard length motor (20").

Motor lost compression in one cylinder and has zero compression, motor was in great condition and always maintained. All other Parts are in good condition. Lower unit was rebuilt in January 2016.

Outboard can be rebuilt, there is no hole in the block of the motor.

Does it come with controls/or would you be willing to sell the controls as well?
