No structure scan

Have no structure scan at All. Can't seem to figue out why. Can't udate the unit doesn't recognize the 3d . was installed at the shop. Though maybe just a software thing , it will read the card in right slot. But I can't do anything after that?

Do you have regular sonar or DownScan? Is it only 3D you are having problems with? Which LED lights are lit on the 3D box? Do you have TotalScan or 3D transducer? Screen shots of problem?
