My motor decided to grenade itself thismorning. I am going to repower my boat. I figured I would see if anyone could use it as a parts motor. Lower unit works fine. Prop is a Quicksilver Trophey 25" four blade that could use a freshen. Cowling in good condition. Trim workes fine. $500 for the whole thing or best offer. Thanks guys.

I am interested in your motor . Did the block suffer and damage from a thrown rod (such as a hole )or is it just bore damage such as from a melted piston ? Where is the motor located ? Thanks .

Yes, block is damaged. Rod came out right where block and head bolt together. Definatly not rebuild able. Located in Hollister CA
