Used boat websites?

Post by Freefall »

I'm in the market for a new boat and I'm having trouble finding a good site to search for used boats.

Boattrader is horrible.

Am I missing something?
Fear does not prevent death, it prevents life.

You've never lived until you've almost died and for those who have fought for it, life has a whole new flavor that the protected will never know....

Westernbass and Craigslist is your best bet if your located in Norcal. There is a Facebook for used boats.

You need to be patient. When I was looking it seemed all the good boats for a decent price were already sold. Then several weeks go by with not many good used boats being listed. I was thinking is everybody keeping their boats since new boats are so expensive then a few days go by and then several boats were listed that I was interested in. Search Over.

Here's a link to the Facebook group:

If you're looking for a particular make (Ranger, Skeeter, Nitro, etc) there are individual FB pages for most of those too. Not just boats for sale, but general discussion, tech questions, how-to's, etc etc also, to help you out after you find the boat you want
