Tips for drying out the boat
Tips for drying out the boat
Hey everyone, I'm planning on fishing this upcoming weekend and next week and by the weather report I'm going to get wet. What are some things I need to do to dry/air out the boat after fishing in the rain? Thanks

Re: Tips for drying out the boat
I have 4 personal fans (4" office type from Walgreens) that I place throughout the boat. Low electricity draw and usually good and dry in 2-3 days. Make sure you elevate the bow.
Key is to have consistent air movement. Not stagnant air.
Good luck,

pull drain plug out when bow is elevated. Be surprise the amount of water draining out. Also raise your rod locker lid up and remember to put the plug back in before going out.

If you have a good shopvac then vacuum out the carpets. Will surprisingly lift out around 90% of the water
